Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Opening hours are between 8.00am-5.30pm Monday - Friday.
Please phone 08444 996363 if you wish to return an item, If a return is agreed you will be given a returns note number which must be written on the returned item.
Returned goods will not be accepted without a prior agreement of JMS.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Goods which are damaged in transit are non-returnable unless clearly declared as damaged at point of delivery/receipt.
To be eligible to return items, your goods must be unused unless claimed as faulty. The cost of returns and packaging is your responsibility.
Custom Made goods are non-returnable. Any stock items returned will be refunded less a minimum 15% restocking and Administration charge
The returned item needs to have the invoice number and returns note number clearly displayed when returned.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received you’re returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item in the event of warranty claims.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). This will be processed immediately. Allow up to 30 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund in the event of successful warranty claims.
